Clinical follow-up, organised for Peptides & Research
Organise monitoring for patients already using peptides with your existing team. Keep patients engaged and loyal for the long term, and explore becoming a site in Allora-organised research. Grow in the longevity and wellness space.

Peptide monitoring now. Research in the workflow.
Many people already use peptides without structured follow-up. Allora helps your existing team monitor them properly, and connects that care to centrally organised research as each study becomes ready.
Peptide monitoring
Organised follow-up for patients already using GLP-1s and other peptides, delivered by your existing team: scheduled check-ins, bloods, questionnaires and documented clinical review.
Observational research
A defined study of existing peptide use, symptoms and outcomes, run to a research plan with separate patient consent and the approvals it needs.
Clinical trial participation
Allora organises the trial centrally and recruits suitable clinics and pharmacies as study sites. Recruitment opens only after MHRA and research ethics approval.
Monitoring and research are separate. A monitoring service does not imply trial eligibility, priority entry or access to a study product.
Turn existing demand into revenue.
Patients are already seeking and using GLP-1s, peptides and longevity treatments. Allora brings them into a monitored clinical pathway, helping providers retain patients, generate treatment revenue and build the evidence needed for research.
Patients are already seeking GLP-1s, peptides and longevity treatments.
They enter a structured pathway through your clinic or pharmacy.
Symptoms, outcomes, bloods, PROMs and wearables captured between appointments, keeping patients engaged.
Clinicians can invite suitable patients into approved clinical research.
Capture existing demand
Bring patients already seeking these treatments into your clinical ecosystem.
Retain patients for longer
Monitoring, check-ins and coordinated follow-up keep the relationship going between appointments.
Turn care into evidence
Every treatment journey creates structured longitudinal data that can support research and future therapeutic development.
How it works
From choosing a treatment pathway to ongoing monitoring, follow-up and research participation.
Choose a pathway
The patient downloads the Allora app and selects what they want monitored.
Organised follow-up keeps patients engaged.
Wearable data and check-ins built for each pathway flow into one record between appointments. Allora runs the scheduling, reminders and record-keeping teams don't have time to run manually, so clinicians spend their time on review, patients stay engaged and evidence builds.

Allora gives providers the infrastructure to monitor emerging treatments, retain patients and participate in research, without building an entirely new clinical team.
Evaluate a coordinated peptide and longevity monitoring service across multiple sites, with structured oversight, documentation and the option to participate as a research site.
Monitor GLP-1s, TRT, peptides and preventative treatments in one longitudinal record. Keep patients engaged between consultations and build evidence around outcomes.
Support patients already using peptides while offering structured pathways for weight management, hormone health and preventative medicine.
Molecule developers and research funders
Generate credible clinical evidence through a specified study, run centrally by Allora with suitable clinics and pharmacies as sites and every participant followed up through Allora.
It coordinates. It never prescribes.
Your clinicians make every decision. Allora gives them the structure, the follow-up and the record that shows it was done well.
What Allora does
What Allora never does
Care that feeds into evidence and lawful supply.
Many peptides used in longevity medicine have never been studied over time in real patients. Because every patient's follow-up is recorded with the discipline of a study, records can support audit and properly designed research, with the patient's consent.
Research consent is always separate and revocable; care never depends on it. Observational data can inform research design. It does not replace controlled trials.

Allora BPC: evidence for a peptide people already use.
BPC-157 is widely used, but early human trial data was never fully published and no one has studied it properly since. Our first study will use Allora to run a trial that finds out whether a verified, pharmaceutical-grade version is safe, and whether it works.
Already using peptides?
Speak to a clinical team about monitoring. Allora works through participating clinics and pharmacies, never directly online. Ask yours whether it offers Allora monitoring, or register your interest and we will tell you when a service or study opens.
Monitoring does not show that a product is safe, and it is separate from research: it does not guarantee study eligibility or access to a study product. The study will open only after approval from the MHRA and a research ethics committee. Taking part is voluntary, and your care never depends on it.

Frequently asked questions
No. Allora schedules, collects, chases and organises, and shows information exactly as it was recorded. Your clinicians set the plan, review the record and make every decision. Allora is not monitored in real time: patients are told to call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency, for anything urgent.
Only through two regulated routes. First, within an approved clinical trial, after MHRA and research ethics committee approval, to enrolled participants under the study protocol. Second, as an unlicensed medicine (a “special”) made under a specials licence and prescribed by a registered clinician for a specific patient’s clinical need. Outside these routes Allora does not supply peptides, and it never sells them directly to the public.
Yes, within an approved clinical trial. Once a study has MHRA and research ethics committee approval, participating sites can provide the trial peptide to enrolled participants under the study protocol and their site agreement with Allora. This is not general retail, and it does not guarantee a future authorised product.
No. Routine monitoring data does not automatically become research, and a monitoring cohort does not automatically become a trial cohort. Research needs a defined protocol, the right approvals and separate, revocable patient consent.
No. Allora sits alongside the systems you already use and takes on the follow-up work between appointments.
Allora holds the data on the platform, under a data agreement with each organisation and with patient consent gathered at onboarding. Your organisation keeps full access to its patients’ data, with shared rights over it set out in your contract. Hosted in the UK.
No. Patients join by invitation from their provider. Every patient on the platform belongs to a clinic, pharmacy or practice.
